  Highly recommended. Professional with friendly people. Excellent skills. They installed a temporary window cover quickly as my Saturn Vue window had to be ordered. They even vacuumed the worst of the glass shards up without being asked. Impressive. Thank You Safelite.

  Regarding my windshield installation: the work itself was good, but the office staff and manager were terrible—absolutely abysmal service. This is the second time I've had problems with them.

  The best company to have auto glass done through. They have always been on time, professional and hassle and worry free. Also cost me nothing out of pocket. Amazing company thank you!

  Everything was fine except I was told that my parking sticker would be transfered to my new windshield. I wanted to make sure I had this so I could enter my parking garage and use my car over the weekend. But once I got my car there was no sticker. So I couldn't get a new one cause the leasing office was closed and I just had to street park or pay for parking. Sure inconvenient when I was trying to avoid this exact thing. Would have gave 5 stars but it ruined my weekend. Mind you Safelite was like 2 to 3 hundred dollars more than other places I got quoted. First quote was about $650. 2nd was about $740. And Safelite was $990. The windshield replacement looks good and at least safelite honored their original quote and didnt try and upsell me once I got there in person like the first two places did.

  Update to previous review: I changed from three stars to five. After I left the review, Safelite commented with how to address the issue and directed me to their website to book a service follow-up. It was easy to book, and the technician, Jonathon, easily helped me fix the wiper blade issue. He even showed me how to adjust the wiper blades myself in the future. I’m glad it was easy and straightforward. Thank you Safelite. The installation went well. There has only been one small issue. The driver-side windshield wiper blade doesn’t extend as far as it used to. I called the guy who installed the windshield, Chase, like he said to do if there were any issues. He said he’d plan to come by on Saturday to take a look at the issue. I texted Chase on Saturday, and I never heard back from him. Frustrated, because I was promised follow-up assistance and service, and that was not delivered.
