Seems this is still going on. I did a spot hero reservation for a tour of the Mint there. Just received my $102 ticket in the mail today. Just submitted my dispute so I assume it will be "reduced" as everyone has mentioned here. I looked in maps and it just shows ONE parking lot there, not 2. Will make sure to add this to Spot Hero also. Also, I noticed the ticket does NOT show the spot I actually parked on, just my car entering and leaving the lot. After looking, I am SURE I parked on the correct side and that is why my car is not pictured at the spot I parked on.

Total rip off. Paid to park and received parking violation for $102. Provided receipt which showed 1366 Cherokee. They said I paid for the wrong lot and reduced to $25. I used pay by phone and put the number in shown on the sign. Must have been looking at wrong sign or the wrong number was on the sign. Total confusion.

NEVER PARK HERE. IT'S A SCAM. I paid nearly $10 to park for 20mins as it expired at 4pm, paid another $6 to park from roughly 4-7pm. Received a notice that I was unauthorized with a bill for $102. I disputed it and they reduced the cost to $25... Which they seemingly do for everyone in these reviews, hence it being a scam. There is only one place to pay and no other signage to indicate a difference in ownership of a lot that is apparently divided in half. Not my problem. Complaint to BBB and city have been filed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware that there are TWO separate lots owned by the same company and the only thing separating the two is a wire rope! I pulled in and parked at the red X and then wandered around trying to find a kiosk to pay at. Finally realized that it was pay by app only and I happened to take a picture of the QR code at the yellow X. I got a letter in the mail a couple days later with pictures saying I did not pay to park with a fine of $102! I disputed it and showed my receipt. They replied saying we see that you paid for parking, but you did not pay for parking in the correct lot and the charge of not paying is still correct. Thankfully, they did reduce the fine to $25. Unfortunately, I was visiting Denver and borrowing my brother's car at the time... so I went ahead and paid the fine so as to not cause any future problems for my brother. Otherwise I would have kept fighting this ridiculous company!!!!

Accidentally stayed 28 minutes past the end of my reservation and got a $102 ticket. A $100 ticket for that is criminal.
