  got my breaks done here and these are some of the nicest humans ever! they were super accommodating. thanks to raymond, roger, jake, and the friendliest guy who says “awesome possum” who’s name i didn’t catch. im surprised i found a garage i actually like going to and will continue to come here from now on.

  I just tried to change my oil after they did the last change. Both the filter and drain plug were cranked on insanely tight. Stripped the heck out of my drain plug trying to get it off.

  Nice, professional crew; able to get me in and out quickly for an oil change on an early Saturday afternoon! One of the techs gave me a sheet showing recommended services given my mileage and showed me my air filters, suggesting I replace them. I agreed! The office and lobby held the still, quiet air of a Boring Place. The various magazines provided were entertaining! Their single occupant bathroom is kept clean. I’ll likely be back for my next service! Thanks, team at Grease Monkey #38!

  I pulled up a little after 8am, no wait and was in and out in right around 15 minutes. Just what I needed. Attendants were all friendly and personable. I’ll likely return every time I need a change.

  I want to start by saying the staff at this location was incredibly kind and friendly while I was here. However, I had a bad experience for several reasons. I came in to get my car's oil changed, and they also recommended adding the injector cleaner service, which I agreed to. Service was quick, and I got in my car and left. Within a minute of driving, my check engine light came on, my car was blowing lots of white smoke, and they didn't reset my engine oil level in my car's computer. So I turned around and came back. When I came back, I told them my issue, and they told me that they must have used too much injector cleaner, and it was causing the smoke and check engine light. The staff member then drove my car to clear the smoke, reset my engine light, and check the engine oil level in the computer. The employee I talked to was extremely helpful. However, when I was about to leave, they realized they had never put my engine cover back on, so if I hadn't come back, I wouldn't have had my engine cover. While the staff was very kind, my experience took longer than it needed due to their errors, and it was a pain. I will not be coming back to this Grease Monkey.
