  My tire was flat; the lug nuts were way too tight from the previous tire shop- Owen and his Team came out and assisted effortlessly and promptly (changed my tire). Thank you guys here at Grease Monkey Hampden! Other locations seem to drag their feet for minor inconveniences but these guys helped me no problem at all!

  In my personal experience, there was some confusion regarding the pricing. At the entrance, we were clearly told a base price plus tax, but by the end there were additional charges that were not clearly explained upfront. This was frustrating at the time. However, I do want to add that they reached out to me afterward and took care of the issue and my dissatisfaction. I appreciate their effort to make things right. Based on this, I would recommend the place, but if any issue comes up, I suggest speaking directly with a manager or shift supervisor.
