  I had a frustrating experience at Grease Monkey Lakewood location To be fair, the communication about the repairs themselves was clear. As more issues were found (coils and an oil leak), they explained everything well. Curtis, who initially helped me, was very attentive and professional throughout the process. However, the main issue was the lack of updates about timing and delays. I was given multiple pickup times (morning, afternoon, end of day), and no one ever proactively called me—I had to keep following up. At one point, I was already in an Uber when they called to say the car still wasn’t ready. When I finally picked up my car after 2 days, Curtis wasn’t there, and the experience was very different. The boss who was responsible for finishing my car didn’t come talk to me, didn’t apologize, and didn’t even look at me—he just sent another employee to handle everything. On top of that, my car was returned in a very poor condition. There was grease on the wheel, the door, and even on the driver’s seat. I tried to clean it myself, but the grease left stains on the seat, which is extremely frustrating. In the end, my bill was around $1500. While I understand the repairs may have been necessary, the lack of communication about timing, the poor management interaction, and the condition my car was returned in made this a very unprofessional experience. I would not trust this location with my car again, and I would caution others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.

  Great guys and gals! Got me in and out for an oil change and checked my transmission fluid for me which I really appreciated. Will return to this location for future car needs.

  First time doing an oil change etc since my husband passed away, and they were very pleasant and helpful. In 50 years I never did car maintenance and I will go back there for sure!!! Thank you!! The only suggestion is please improve quality snd cleanliness of the coffee area. Definitely needs improvement and that is something that helps with the time while waiting is to get some refreshment with coffee or tea, napkins and stirrers.

  Very welcoming and kind, they are also reasonably priced. 100/10 would recommend and will be back again, I got an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter replacement and they where done in 45 mins. A overall great experience!
