  I made an appointment about a week in advance for an oil change at 4pm on a weekday. I had to leave work early to make the appointment an arrived at 3:50pm. When I arrived there was a line of cars. One of the workers told me that normally they let people with appointments skip the line, but because they had said yes to so many walk-ins and were closing at 6pm, they couldn’t let me skip the line of walk-ins and it would be a 2+ hour wait. What is the point of a reservation system and requesting a specific time in advance if you can’t get service at that time? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Trent is awesome and helped me charge my battery up. He was so kind for walking a block to me and helping me get moving. The team helped me get a battery check! This place is always so helpful!

  I come to grease monkey for the speed, but also the extra services not provided by places by Walmart. My floor was not vacuum and my windows weren’t cleaned despite the technician telling me they had been and marking them on my receipt. Additionally they said they found no engine oil leak, which is funny because I keep oil and a funnel in my car because there is a leak. Highly unimpressed with the service here. Attitude of my tech was not cordial. Insane to pay over a hundred dollars when I could go to Walmart for half the price.

  I had a great experience with Trent at Grease Monkey! He was super friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how thorough he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their cars. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Trent if you go in!

  First of all, thank you! Folks here provide great service and reasonable explanations about recommendations, available options, and pricing. I’ve been to this location a couple of times now and prefer it over other branches. Depending on when you visit, the wait time varies, but it’s usually not crowded. I was here again yesterday for an oil change and a bunch of other replacements that were overdue, including the front differential. The staff member was happy to discuss recommendations and options very clearly with me, and they were able to take care of all the needed replacements. A product had to be delivered from elsewhere, so I waited a little but received a generous discount for the wait. For all the services rendered, it would’ve cost me a lot more elsewhere. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for fast, reliable routine services at a reasonable price!
