  Incompetent doesn’t even cover it. Couldn’t source the part needed for our Audi terrible communication as well. When we were forced to source the part after waiting for 5 months, they miraculously sourced the part within days and they went ahead and used their own without telling us. Use Prestige instead.

  I want to say thank you and give my review about this auto body repair facility and especially to the gal who answered the phone and I not going to mention her name , but she was very friendly and helpful over the phone when I called and asked a few questions regarding me in wanting to get my truck to the shop to have some minor repairs done and was also very helpful about working with my insurance company! So all I have to say is thank you very much to whom this may concern and I’ll be delighted to work with this location once I get things in line with what needs to be done !

  I just want to thank Berkly for all her help. I’ve had my vehicles repaired Gerber many times, and she is always wonderful and incredibly helpful. She remembers me even if it’s been here since my last repair, which truly means a lot. Berkly is always responsive and makes me feel like a number one customer every single time. Even though I wasn’t able to have my car repaired at the shop because it was totaled, she went above and beyond like she always does. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here for repairs. Thank you!

  Tried stopping in to get a quote on a repair at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. Receptionist seemed annoyed and said she could schedule an appointment to do an estimate in about a week. There was no attempt to see if they could do it now at all. There was nobody in the waiting room so it wasn't busy. I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

  Gerber Collision on Santa Fe absolutely deserves a 5-star shoutout! Berkley is a fantastic face of the shop—warm, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from the very first interaction. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and even took the time to explain subrogation in a simple, easy-to-understand way while I waited for my car to be inspected. Kara—WOW! She really knows her stuff and it shows in how professional and detail-oriented she is from A to Z. Even though the damage did not look severe to my untrained eye after being rear-ended, Kara immediately pointed out the bump to the right side as well as the spiderweb-like cracks along the entire bumper—she explained how the Honda’s metal impact bar helps the bumper pop back out and absorb impact energy from the crash. I left not only reassured, but also having learned something new about how my Honda Insight protects me. This is my second time in 8 years having USAA assign my repairs to Gerber Collision, and each time it’s clear why they’re a preferred provider. The whole restoration staff works together seamlessly, delivers flawless work that is undoutedly time consuming to complete, pays attention to details, and the service is exceptional.
