  I recently got my car back from this shop after a pretty bad accident—I hit a pole and the entire left side was damaged, including a bent corner of the cabin that had to be cut and replaced. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but they completely exceeded it. Not only did they finish the work incredibly fast, but the quality is outstanding. The car looks like nothing ever happened—literally like new again. You can tell they take pride in their work and really know what they’re doing. I’m extremely impressed and grateful. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs serious body work done right.

  I loved how quickly the repairs were completed, the clear and quick communication through the portal on a daily or every other day basis, and how involved the shop was with coordinating my rental car and working with my insurance. It truly made my life so easy, and all I really had to do was work with my insurance on the claim and Gerber took it from there. I’d absolutely recommend this shop! My car looks brand new, thank you!!

  So I had to take my car into Gerber for some hail damage. Let me tell you… Ashley and Linda are amazing! The most friendly. The most kind. The most fun! I found myself laughing and having the best time both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. And Linda is the best at keeping you updated. She texted me regularly, so I never had any question about what was going on with my Mazda. This is the kind of business I wish I could frequent regularly just because of the people who work here. Only… not really, because I’m not trying to pay my deductible again. Maybe I just wish I worked with these people, even though I know nothing about body work. Anyway, Ashley and Linda are a fun time. They made something I expected to be a horrible experience actually great! Also, my car looks great! Good as new. I was also shocked because I think they cleaned the inside before giving it back to me. I’m telling you, it was not pretty. Everything is all wiped down and shiny… totally unexpected! If I ever have to go to a body shop again, I’m coming here. For sure.

  I’m very particular when it comes to my car and take great pride in keeping it in the best condition possible. After sustaining some damage from the recent windstorms in the Denver Metro area, my insurance company recommended this location. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first since I already had an auto body shop I usually go to. However, I decided it was time to give a shop closer to home a chance and went ahead with an estimate here. Even though this shop was initially my second choice, I ultimately decided to move forward with the repairs for several reasons: - Outstanding customer service. From my initial call to schedule an estimate, to working with Linda on writing the estimate, to the front desk staff helping schedule repairs and coordinating my rental car; everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. - Attention to detail. Linda took the time to thoroughly review my preliminary estimate, clearly explaining what work would be done and what all the codes on the paperwork meant. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was throughout the process. By the time Linda finished explaining everything, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and felt confident moving forward with the repairs. I’m glad I gave this location a chance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles.

  Situationallisticly they had me bring my car in too early. 35 days for a repair seems too long to be out of work for a repair.
