- GNGuest NJan 6, 20261.0Charging started around 30kw then dropped to 1kw in 34 mins duration. Called support and they restarted the PHAEDRA station which started up at 40-42kw. I asked for a promo/compensation for my time. Not a fan of the location, I don't recommend coming to charge at night.
- RFRoger FangJul 3, 20251.03 of 4 stalls broken (2 blank screens, 3rd one displayed "Out of Service"); 1 of the blank screen stalls was missing a cable, so could only charge 1 EV even if it had been operable.

- DWDaniel WilliamsFeb 9, 20241.0Dude this is the most terrible charger I’ve ever been to. It started out at $28 for some reason. Then by the time I used 14.4KWh and charged up only 15% more from where I was. It was almost $40. So if I fully charged there it would be about $110. This place is a scam and the people on the phone act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Absolutely the worst company to ever do it. How does 14.4kWh and 30 min of charging cost you almost $40???? I used literally $8 of electricity according to their .60/kwh rate with a $2.99 service fee. Where is the extra 26$ coming from? It seems to be a common issue as one gentleman was charged $70 for only 18kwh!!! These guys will have a class action lawsuit on them soon I’m sure of it. I’m even going to show an attorney this tomorrow just because. I work in the law field and off top they are heavily neglecting the consumer protection laws. As you can see in the photo. 14.4Kwh supposedly equates to $35.94 @ .58 cents per kWh They keep trying to say that I’m looking at the hold on my card and I’m like bro no. I’m looking at what you charged me I’m very aware of the hold on my card. There is literally nothing more useless in the world other than their company and terrible customer service
