  Think twice before using enterprise and especially this location. We picked up a rental car at an enterprise in Amarillo, TX because our car broke down on a roadtrip. We then returned the car to this location in Denver once we returned from the road trip. During inspection of the car in Texas, we went around the car with an agent and noted any minor damage we saw, but the agent nor myself checked the roof carefully (next time I will not make this mistake). Upon return, the agent in denver brought out a reflector to check the roof of the car and found hail damage and told us we would have to pay for it. We rented this car in July 2025. We never experienced a hail storm on our trip to Georgia and back. I explained this to the agent and he was unsympathetic. I also told him the agent in Texas did not use a reflector either and I f they checked weather records for where we were, they would have seen it was impossible for the hail damage to have occurred during our rental period. I also asked them to call me before submitting a claim so I could talk to a manager and get it resolved before they involved insurance, they never called me back. After hearing nothing for months, we just received a final notice to pay $500 in 10 days. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable for a service company. I just used Budget for another rental and had a MUCH better customer service experience. This feels like a sleazy way to get more money. We will never use them again.
