  This is hands down the best experience I’ve had at an Enterprise, and I’ve rented all over. We had a group trip planned with some mixed travel of folks driving & flying in. Not only did this location have a better selection for our group, but the service was phenomenal. The morning of my pick up, Joe called almost two hours before to ensure I would be okay with the vehicle they had. It was within the category but slightly smaller than the vehicle I’d reserved, and I had concerns that we wouldn’t have the space needed. He said he’d work on it, and sure enough, when I showed up, he had a better vehicle than I’d booked. I was warmly greeted by both gentlemen in the office. Joe had me out within ten minutes. He thoroughly looked over the vehicle and beat me to documenting any existing scuffs/damages. Upon return, the vehicle admittedly had some dirt road dirtiness to her, but that was no issues. Tyler helped me with completing my return and made sure we were happy. He asked if there was anything else they could do to ensure our satisfaction. I am from the south where friendliness is a standard that certainly isn’t received everywhere, but these fellas know how to get business done. I’m not sure what you’re doing to ensure they’re great, but definitely give them some sort of bonus because it is hard retaining employees dedicated not only to their job, but to the betterment of the business. Yall have a rare bunch and should be ever so grateful for them.

  I feel completely taken advantage of by this location and am posting so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I rented a vehicle through this location as part of an insurance claim after an accident where I was not at fault. I was told at pickup that the only cost would be a refundable security deposit, since insurance was covering everything. I was later charged nearly $300 for a damage waiver that was never clearly explained to me. At no point was it communicated that I was being signed up for an additional $18/day charge. I would never have agreed to that had it been properly explained. When I brought this up, I was told the charge is non-refundable and that it’s my responsibility, with zero accountability for how it was presented in the first place. This felt extremely misleading and honestly predatory, especially in a situation where customers are already dealing with the stress of an accident. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. Ask VERY direct questions before signing anything here, because they clearly won’t

  I had a great experience with the Enterprise team at the University Hills location in Denver. I needed a larger vehicle to pick up some guests at the airport, and when I arrived, there wasn’t one immediately available. However, Joe and the team went above and beyond to make it happen. They worked quickly and made sure I got exactly the car I needed, which made a huge difference for me. Customer service like this is hard to find. Joe was especially helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about solving my problem. I used to rely on Turo, but with this location so close to my home and service like this, I don’t see myself going back. I’m already planning my next rental with them. Highly recommend!

  I've used this location quite a few times because of various car issues and they've always been very helpful. Andrew and Vinny, I belive we're the two nice gentlemen who assisted me.
