  The staff here were so lovely. I picked up a car Saturday morning and there was a bit of a queue and not enough cars available, but the staff did everything they could to get me going as quick as possible (including offering upgrades to larger vehicles and going to pick up another car from another location). I had no dramas dropping the car back and everything after pick up was flawless.

  1 star — Wasted two hours, lost my reservation, still waiting on my refund. I arrived on time and waited over an hour in the lobby before they brought my car out. Two other customers were waiting around the same amount of time. When I finally got the vehicle it was still soaking wet from being rushed through cleaning. While loading my things, staff told me I couldn’t leave my personal vehicle on their lot. I’d been allowed to on a previous rental here, and nothing in my reservation warned me otherwise. The only nearby option was a 2-hour street parking spot with tow-away enforcement, which was useless for a multi-day rental. I offered to sign a liability release waiver. They refused. They offered no alternative lot, no other Enterprise location, no solution at all. Just “move it or cancel.” I had no choice but to cancel. The whole reason I rented was that my own car isn’t reliable enough for the 4.5 hour drive to see my fiancée, and now I couldn’t make the trip at all. Staff were visibly annoyed at me for canceling past closing, despite the fact that I was only still there because they’d taken an hour to produce the car in the first place. The worst part is I still haven’t been refunded. They voided the $300 deposit but the original booking charge has not been returned. My credit card company has attempted to contact them and gotten no response. I’ve rented from Enterprise many times without issue, so I believe this is a location problem, not a brand problem. But based on this visit, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  My partner went to this facility today 4/10 after booking directly with Amex weeks back with 5pm pickup time. The staff was very rude and I am pretty sure this was racially targeted. After nearly 2 hours they finally gave him a vehicle. It was already way too late for anything. The staff then told him that he is not allowed to leave his personal vehicle despite being told different every single time by other staff members at this location. They continued to be rude and told him no and that he would need to cancel the rental. He had no choice but to cancel and they laughed at him and told him he’s not getting his money back. I am now without my partner for the weekend while 6 months pregnant. This is how this location treats disabled army veterans and this is how they treat their customers. Very disgusting behavior.
