So I had to make time for this review about the car wash and the recent changes by the ownership. I will get to that here after I acknowledge what makes this car wash the best car wash in Denver my personal opinion, the one individual who made the greatest impact of me personally , is a young Ambitious hard-working was always a smiling face and her name is Nevaen who currently is a Shift Lead but in my opinion should be the Manager of the operation and as the new updated car wash was underway this brilliant young lady should have been first pick for the top position. I can’t say enough about how the new convent towl bins and detail chemicals and the inter workings of the carwash itself. I will say it is still the number one place for your vehicle to go for a bath. The one thing that I hope the new owners take time to consider is putting the right people in the right positions as that can produce the single largest impact as the company moves forward with a promising future. My vote is in and Nevaen is my choice as the hands down hardest working longest running, always with a smile employee that will put the right finishing touch on this carwash.

Charged me for monthly membership, but unable to use the car wash. The staff and manager don't know why the system won't allow me to proceed. Promised to fix 4 times, but haven't. None of my calls to customer service are answered. Staff says they can't process refunds. Won't close account and open a new one unless I pay for the second account as well. Have to file a dispute with my credit card as Whistle Express took my money within seconds but won't provide the car wash service a week and a half later. Total waste of time. Don't use these losers, try another car wash.
UPDATED 2/24: Unsurprisingly, Whistle copy/pasted the same canned response they always do, unsigned and without a phone number in order to just pretend like Whistle actually wants to help a paying customer resolve a major problem. I finally got through to their service number which sounded like a typical foreign call center far, far away. The rep was unable to activate my account, which I already paid for, and was unable to explain what the glitch was and why she couldn't overcome it. The girl at the car wash here said tech support never responds to them, so they can't fix it, either. I ended up going to a different car wash company who knows how to provide the service they charge for. This company managed to waste a surprisingly large amount of my time. Have a nice life, Whistle Express!

Please please please let me cancel. My emails go customer service go unanswered. I’ve asked politely for a manager to call me and it’s been crickets. Will I have to cancel my credit card to fix this issue?!?! It’s a dang car wash let me have my money and freedom please!!!!

This place has gone downhill it was closed for like a week and they didn’t even reimburse those with memberships. Verizon, for example, just paid out billions in reimbursements for outages. Also the car wash barely washes your car. I go thru twice often to make sure all of the salt and grime are off.

This has been one of the most frustrating and poorly handled customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The response I received was a generic, copy-and-paste denial identical to the one previously sent by Take 5, despite Whistle Express confirming it has acquired the brand. There was no meaningful engagement with the actual facts of my incident. I disclosed a roof-mounted cargo box before entering, was instructed by the employee to proceed, and was told the top wash arm would be bypassed. It was not. The equipment descended and forcibly ripped the cargo box off my vehicle, damaging my roof rack and factory side rail entirely within the tunnel. Adding to the frustration, it is effectively impossible to speak with a human by phone—only automated systems and canned email responses. As a longtime customer, I will never return. At a minimum, employees should be retrained to stop misleading customers about what equipment will or will not be bypassed. I’m sure this will never be passed along to actual leadership, which says everything about this company. If it is, leadership should know that this process accomplished nothing except screwing the customer who followed instructions. Either way, you’ve lost a longtime customer.

I cannot count how many times this place is shut down due to maintenance, I run a rental car business and I cannot count on these guys to be running to get a car ready for a guest. Not to mention the “Car mat cleaner” a few companies ago this used to have a water mat cleaner that did a decent job. Now they have a dry cleaner that doesn’t do anything other than remove big clumps.
I’ve had to go to Cobblestone car wash and pay out for single wash. I don’t even know why I carry a membership with this now “Whistle Express”
Stay away from the Santa Fe location.
