I paid $58 to have my car washed inside and out including $8 extra to have my cargo area cleaned. My car was not cleaned well on the inside at all. They completely missed vacuuming, the backseat and all of the floor mats. Also a comb and brush that I know was in my car before I got out at the cat wash ended up missing. I do not believe it was stolen. I believe it was just carelessly dropped out of the car or put in the trash. The cargo area that I paid additional money to have cleaned still has dust and debris in it. My car was not fully cleaned on the outside either. When I left the attendant did tell me that I could drive through again and wait another 30 minutes to have the outside cleaned again, but I did not have time for that by the time they said my car was ready. By then I had to leave for an appointment and I did not see how dirty the inside of the car still was until I had driven away and got into my next destination. I want to go to the car wash because it is close to my house but paying $58 for a wash that was not as good as what I’ve could’ve done at the automatic car wash at the gas station for $10 was disappointing.

Save your money ! This place keeps jacking up the prices and down grading services . For $60 a month they provide unlimited exterior washes and there is no one around to actually dry my car when it’s wet. The workers pretend they are busy or don’t see you . Terrible service

GO TO FINISH LINE DOWN THE STREET! They do a way better job for less money. Yesterday was my first time using them only because something was unfortunately broken at Finish Line. It was still dirty where they should have wiped better and still hair on my carpet. I even asked if I could pay for an extra vacuuming because of dog hair, and they said they don't have that and that they do a good job! NOT! I WAS NOT SATISFIED.

This was my first time going to Waterway Car Wash. Initially, the staff member who greeted me and asked what service I was getting seemed nice and informative. I was led to believe the vacuums were a part of purchasing the car wash, but that was not the case. I pulled into an open lane to clean my windows and vacuum my car, when one of the workers came over to tell me that the car wash I purchased doesn’t come with vacuuming and that I needed to move my car. I agreed that I would after I finished wiping my last window. He then told me I need to move my car now. This was an off putting experience that will make me never come back to this location.

RUDE!! If the word to describe my visit. This was my 1st visit to this car wash and out of around the corner from my house so i thought maybe i would get a subscription but when i pulled up and told the young man that i wanted the 19$ wash he said oh you only want that one with a smirk on his face Ava then said hold on let me get the tablet so you can tap to pay (because the payment machines do not offer tap to pay apparently) but while getting the tablet he walked over to 2 other employees and they talked and joked around for about 2 minutes while i just sat there and waited patiently. Then upon exiting the car wash hoping i could get done towels and dry my car i was told i need to leave because i didn’t pay for the interior detailing (which i can do myself) but upon pulling up to the towel station to try to dry my car i i ask a young man if there are any towels available because the station was empty and the same upping man that told me to leave earlier looked right at me after asking and stopped in his tracks and turned around ignoring me. I do not suggest using their services and will not be going back anytime soon!!! Side note i did try to resolve the situation but never received a call back.
