Saturday morning around 8:00AM. Larkin was my primary tech and walked me through the whole process. She even called the dealer to confirm the correct rear differential fluid instead of guessing, which I really appreciated. The other two techs handled their parts and communicated well across the bay, good teamwork overall. They did a full synthetic oil change, rear diff service, air filter, safety check, and inflated my tires to spec. Total was $258, which feels reasonable for the convenience of staying in your car and having everything shown to you in real time. Not pushy with upsells either. I’ll be back.
