- JJJon5 days ago2.0I have been a member since April 2025. The quality of car wash has been declining steadily al year. My car consistently has soap that doesn't rinse off, resulting in poor finish after washing. Lately, Oct/Nov 2025, there seem to be technical issues with the machinery, and I have been turned away twice when trying to use the car wash. Staff has always ben great, even with what appear to be constant turnover.

As a person who pays for a membership here, it's incredibly frustrating to never be able to vacuum my car. Employees don't seem to care, and nothing is ever done to mitigate the issue.

I didn't know the person at the front collects payment so I slowly drove past (thinking I pay at a machine) and he rudely walked up and told me I had to pay and shook his head. I would've appreciated some direction or a more positive interaction. Honestly I was even thinking of going to a different place after that interaction but I was already there, so I paid for a basic car wash and left. I have a lot of friends who just moved here too, so I will highly recommend them to not go due to rude service.
