He was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to take care of my family. He got us into a great vehicle with short notice which really enhanced our visit to Denver and we had a smooth return without any issues. I would highly recommend his services and will look to use Sixt again in the future.

Rented a car from Sixt in cherry creek Denver on Sep 17, 1 day rental .. the employee who rented the car assured us we could drop it off before 5 pm and be charged 1 day. We returned the car at 3:20 and was told 1 day charge. Once we got receipt it was 2 day charged. Talked to Sixt on the phone multiple times, as well as via email and been told would be refunded over charge which never happened.
