  Had a 1 day rental here. They said make sure you take a look at the car before you drive away. I did a walk around looking for damage like you would on a normal car. Nothing much. When I returned they claimed I scratched the car at the very bottom of the molding even though it’s something you can barely see. Especially hard to see when you pick the car up in a dimly lit part of the garage and return in a well lit part. I called the branch after I got hit with the claim and they immediately passed me off to the claims department. Claims department message says it is “after hours” even though it is in the middle of the business day. Someone needs to contact me ASAP. Feels like a huge scam here.

  I’ve been renting weekly from the Cherry Creek Sixt location and overall the team has been helpful and accommodating. The vehicle swap process has been quick and the staff has worked with me on scheduling extensions when needed. I did have a couple billing items on my most recent rental that I’ve asked management to review (a Flexi-Late fee and a fuel charge), but I’m confident they’ll look into it. Other than that, the rental process has been smooth and I appreciate the service. I plan to continue renting here.

  Riger is the BEST!!! He is always there to greet me with a smile! He makes my renewal process as seamless as possible, and always has me riding in STYLE!!! 😍🤩🥳 Best location ever! I would never cheat on my Cherry Creek location! I 1000% recommend visiting Riger and renting from SIXT!!!

  All I’ll say is take picture of EVERY little ding on the car. Just got an email of “damages” they found on the busted car they gave me. Luckily I took photos of all the damage I noticed at pick up with time stamps so if they’re looking for a quick payout they’re gonna be disappointed. Sucks because I like sixt and thus far have had a great experience but do they even know what cars they’re renting out to people and the damages they already have? Makes me wonder about what other things are going unnoticed by the company.

  Reserved a luxury suv. Just thought I was getting a BMW X3 but The gentleman at the desk can’t remember His name, however, he had a very exotic accent. I believe he was the manager. He was extremely professional and explained to me that the car I had booked was unfortunately out of service so he upgraded me for no cost to the bmw x5 . Took his time to explain to me the details of the vehicle and make sure I know exactly what my contract entailed. This is my first time traveling for business, and I will make sure that I will book with this location Any chance that I get. I appreciate the extra attention. It did not go unnoticed.. 10/10
