The people that did my windshield install seemed to do a good job and even gave me an upgrade which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the glass that they upgraded me to had an optical distortion in the top few inches of the glass. While this may not have been an issue in a larger vehicle, I already had a small windshield. They helped make a request to my insurance to get OEM glass and installed it as soon as it arrived. I had a very positive experience with the front desk person (maybe named kat?) and also the technician that I picked up from my car both times. I never got their name but I had a good experience.

There were some communication errors and then an unexpected push back to our repair (no fault in him), and he provided us with excellent customer service to fix the situation.
