They kept my car for a couple days and then gave it back to me with all of the warning lights flashing. It was unsafe to drive IMO. The OEM windshield was on back log (Ok, they can't control that) however, they do control their communications. Once I scheduled the OEM windshield install over a month later, my wife showed up for the appointment and they told her they still didn't have the glass and sent her home. Terrible communication and customer service. I do not recommend the Littleton, Quincy location.

- DDDag DagJan 16, 20261.0Massive disappointment set up an appointment online technician calls my personal phone number upset that I was set up for the same day takes it out on me so I call customer service to try to just cancel my service The lady was really nice took care of me so I decided to give them a second chance well they were supposed to come to my location to install the window but they set up the appointment for one of their locations without telling me so long story short never got the windshield just requested a refund so many disconnected miscommunication components with this company I would not recommend using them unless you want to increase the stress level in your life have a nice day

The assistant manager Brad made sure I had the best experience and took care of everything. I am definitely going back here!
