As someone who had never leased a vehicle before, I trusted this dealership to guide me through the process of transitioning into a new lease. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. A few simple but important steps should have been explained to me for a smooth lease return—but they weren’t. Because of this lack of communication, I was left with a large, unexpected and an unnecessary bill from the leasing company. As a respected dealership, they should have taken responsibility and helped their customer understand the process. Instead, they ignored their mistake and provided no real customer support. I made the mistake of trusting them once. I’ve learned my lesson and will not make it again.
