I went to 3 different pumps attempting to get gas and NONE OF THEM worked for me to scan to pay. Automatically it’s not the safest for a woman to be pumping gas by herself when it’s dark so my intentions was to get gas and get out but I can’t do that if the machine isn’t working so I just left and went to a Sinclair….

Telling the man behind the counter this information he seemed uninterested and didn't care about about my concerns. I became upset and began to explain to him that this was not a safe device to have rolling around the store running into customers when paying a person to do the job would be safer and more effective. His smirk then began to anger me and I had a few choice words with him repeatedly asking for an apology that seemed almost impossible to get with any kind of remorse. I'd like an apology from this company for this managers lack of one during my visit. I'm unsatisfied with the care and concern for the safety of myself and the others in the store. This is unexceptable and your company should be ashamed.
