  The place was great, fast, with good service. Max asked me how my day was going and even gave me a courtesy call to see how everything was going with my move. When I returned the truck, my wife's tire was low and the guys in the garage let me use their air hose to fill it up. Five-star service all the way!

  I strongly recommend avoiding this Penske location. I rented a vehicle here in early June and ended up with a severe rash on the back of my thighs shortly after using it, an issue that urgent care directly attributed to something I was exposed to in the truck. Since then, the experience with Penske and their claims team has been incredibly frustrating. I was initially told that cleaning and maintenance records would be provided, then later informed I would need a subpoena for those same records, and ultimately told that no records exist at all. Every time I followed up, I received a different explanation depending on who I talked to. It took weeks just to get a response, and even those responses were inconsistent. Despite repeatedly asking for clarity and documentation, no one from Penske or Gallagher Bassett has been able to provide a straight answer. The lack of accountability and the dismissive communication throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had to spend my own time and money trying to resolve something that should have been taken seriously from the start. If you value transparency, safety, and basic professionalism, I would look elsewhere before renting from this location.

  At first I was told to pick up in Broomfield. It was a storage facility. I had to call them only to be told they didn't have what I reserved. Yep, made me mad. So I called Penske and told them what happened. Then I was told that a Penske down in Denver had everything I reserved. I hate driving in Denver! But I went there anyway. I think the gentleman working the could tell I was in a bad place. I asked his name. Max. Max was amazing! I give Max 10 stars and Broomfield 0 stars. Penske needs to get better affiliates. I damn well won't be going through this again. THANK YOU MAX. I can't give you enough praise!!
