  Great vehicle and great staff! However, billing is terrible!! You need to be upfront about ALL costs for the vehicle and not wait until the end!! Coast was $500 online booking, but after fees and taxes and more fees, it was $675. Why complain you may ask? Well, my buddies and I split it for our trip. $500/4 = $125 each. No problem, until I drop them all off at the airport early as my flight was later, I turned the vehicle in and the final total was $675. I am not going back to my buddies to complain about the extra $175 I had to pay......Maybe it was my oversight, maybe it wasn't. Just put the damn total at time of reservation!!!!

  Rental worked out great. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who found us the right car on our Tuesday 2/17 arrival . He was working the parking lot and we were warmly greeted. He showed us our choices and got a sense we needed something different. Within minutes he radioed and then someone showed up with a perfect fit. Very nice guy and helpful. I hope you can let him know. Thank you to him. J & AM

  My experience with National Rental Service was outstanding. On the first day of my rental, I realized I had mistakenly selected a 2WD vehicle when I really needed an AWD. I expected the exchange process to be complicated, but Steve, the manager, completely changed that expectation. He was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and efficient in getting me switched into the right vehicle without any stress or inconvenience. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Because of Steve’s exceptional service, I’ll confidently recommend National Rental Service to others

  Very happy with the service at National Car Rental at Denver International Airport. Seamless pickup and drop off, fast and friendly shuttle service from and to the airport. The person at drop off saved the day! I had left the fob for the car in the cup holder and was on my way to the shuttle bus. He came and found me and handed me my car keys that I had forgotten to remove from the rentals key ring. I would have been standing in Buffalo long term parking on a 0 degree day before I'd have realized what I had done with the keys. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

  I rented a car in early December. On Jan 16, I received a customer letter saying I owed National $25 for a citation listed as “Moving.” No other information was shared. On Feb 2, I got tired of waiting for more information and called the number on the letter. After waiting 15 mins + for my call to be answered each time, each representative gave me the minimum amount of information. When I asked why I wasn’t notified soon, a rep told me that I am supposed to hear from the Colorado office about how to pay the ticket. I had already requested the information from the previous representative and was ready to pay. When I asked why I was charged $25 when the ticket was $75, she said that that’s an admin fee. I asked why would I get charged an admin fee and then get no further info on how to pay the ticket when it’s been two months now since the citation. The rep did not have an answer for me. Today, on Feb 5, I get another email from National with an invoice for the $75 and that they will be charging my card shortly. That is not what the representative told me or else I would not have paid the CO issuing office directly!!
