- RRRickOct 17, 20251.0Parking lot entrance at Writer Square 1587 Lawrence St Denver damaged the undercarriage of my vehicle with a raised concrete slab. Unable to get a response from corporate to file a claim it’s been over 2 months. Very poor customer service…. **Update**Laz Parking doesn’t take complaints serious ….it’s been 14 days and still no contact after I emailed them at their request! *** Second Update*** LAZ Parking referred me to another company to reevaluate my complaint… took 14 days for a response. Now they are saying damage occurred on city easement but still the damage occurred while entering THEIR parking structure, no warning, flagging or barricades! “F” BBB Rating! I can see why!! Beware!!
