Ex: Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-1212 states that it is illegal to charge individuals with handicapped placards with fines, tickets, or send them to collections for failure to pay, as they are remuneration-exempt. However, their systems automatically prey on individuals who sport remuneration-exempt placards. This is what we call, in federal law, disparate impact against a protected group. Unintentional or not, it is a civil rights violation. I plan to file complaints with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies - Colorado Civil Rights Division and the US Department of Justice. Search the web for yourself, this company has lawsuits stacked against them. A regular scourge on the earth, it's also impossible to find any working phone line with a human on the other end.
