- PNPatrick NagurnyFeb 14, 20253.0First, I want to say I liked this parking garage. It was clean, part of a nice office building and felt safe. The posted rates seemed like a good deal. However, upon exiting, I was greeted with a price that was over double what it was supposed to be: $60 instead of $27. We parked at 5:42 PM on February 13th and left at 9:30 AM on February 14th, so the rate should have been $5 for Thursday evening and then $22 daytime max for Friday morning. I pressed the call button and talked with a lady (in India?) who wasn't really able to help much. She put me on hold twice, and I waited for close to 10 minutes, much to the chagrin of the car behind me. She was going to put me on hold for a third time, but I insisted that we needed to go, and someone had been stuck behind me this whole time. So she finally opened the gate as a "one time convenience." I would like to come back here if you guys can fix your machine so that it matches the posted rates. However, I don't really want to risk this unpleasant situation happening again.

Luckily a person who lives in the building above came by and I was able to get my vehicle back and for only $4 for 30min.
