- JJJamieAug 23, 20251.0They say they will put a hold on your card for a little extra but a “little” means $45 for a $5 parking permit. Additionally, it took 8 days to process when it said it would take up to 24 hours. My money was completely tied up because of this parking. When emailing the manager, they were not helpful at all.

This is a scam of a company and they are partaking in shady business practices. I will be contacting the city as well as the Source Hotel to make sure they are investigated appropriately.
