  They say they will put a hold on your card for a little extra but a “little” means $45 for a $5 parking permit. Additionally, it took 8 days to process when it said it would take up to 24 hours. My money was completely tied up because of this parking. When emailing the manager, they were not helpful at all.

  Do not park here! I paid to park just outside of the Source hotel and provided a credit card statement validating my purchase and they still refused the dispute. This is a scam of a company and they are partaking in shady business practices. I will be contacting the city as well as the Source Hotel to make sure they are investigated appropriately.

  I make a purchase for thousands of dollars and I’m repaid by getting a $55 notice of noncompliance fee? What is that. Screw you guys, these businesses will suffer because of your stupidity
