They advertise a flat fee of $10.91 for the day, but their unorthodox practices will cost you exponentially more. Even if you pay $10.91 a few hours after parking, you’ll receive a bill for $45.00. If you leave any minute past the time you paid for, it’s $92.00. They say it’s “$10.91” but they stay in business by gauging customers with penalties that aren’t normally assessed in other parking lots. Do not park here!

I left the garage less than 5 minutes after my prepaid time block because of it. Sent a $92 fine in the mail threatening collections with zero customer service available.
