  Avoid at all cost!! Scummy company running it! I was blocked in the very tight garage and unable to get out from an upper floor. I left the garage less than 5 minutes after my prepaid time block because of it. Sent a $92 fine in the mail threatening collections with zero customer service available.

  Tried so hard to pay for parking via the online system since no attendant was present. The system errored out saying no payment rate was available. Wouldn't let me pay. There was no phone number to call. No parking attendant. I tried five different times. Same error every time. The description of the error led me to believe there maybe wasn't a rate for the time period I was there so I went about my business. I was there for maybe 30 mins. Got a violation notice for $92!!!!!!!!!!!! Disputed the violation, was told I could pay $79. Wrote back explaining again that it was their system error and not my unwillingness to pay and suggested that these options were deeply unethical and got sent to a collections attorney. I'm currently on the phone trying to pay the much more reasonable rate of $25 and have been on hold for over an hour JUST TRYING TO PAY THEM MONEY. What a joke. Absolutely unethical company that seems to own a whole lot of Denver parking lots. Truly, park at your own risk. Companies like this are going to run Denver into the ground. But hey, they don't care! They got your money so it's okay. Edit to respond to the response to this review: I already contacted your company while disputing this violation and y’all sent me to collections. Hope your corporate karma hits y’all hard some day. 🤘

  This location of LAZ Parking is horrendous. It says open 24 hours but the site only allows booking until 6pm. At that time, apparently, the doors close. I called customer service twice. The first time I was told there was a call button to call the attendant after hours to gain access to my car. There turned out not to be any such button or attendant. The second time the customer service rep said this location was not showing up in their system. I found this interesting as there was LAZ signage all over the building and I scanned the QR code on the door to pay to park here. I was also charged the amount indicated in the app. Perhaps when the garage doors close this location disappears from the online database. Anyway, circling the building showed no way of getting inside to get my car. I was resigned to getting an Uber home then returning the next morning to retrieve my car. I was saved this trouble by someone coming out of the building, allowing me to get in and retrieve my car. The gentleman was clear he did not work for LAZ. I don’t imagine I will ever have anything to say about other LAZ locations as this location has me convinced not to ever try using their service again.

  No attendents or payment machine availalble. I stayed an extra 44 minutes beyond my planned time and was charged $92 for less than an additional hour. Very poor parking facility, looked dangerous and with the added charge, above, will not use again. Beware.

  $92 ticket for leaving 12 minutes after 6. Beware that you need to get out on time before parking here. Is also really gross and the elevator always smells like pee.
