I use this garage for work purposes. Leaving Yesterday there were 2 cars on the exit ramp struggling to get out. I waited patiently at the bottom inside the garage door, then a line accumulated, then honking. 2 cars aggressively passed me & clogged the ramp & blocked the door. They also blocked an incoming vehicle & nearly caused an accident. This is unsafe! Maby this could be monitored more? Also, Locals using this garage need to understand the pay machine isn't perfect & sometimes a line forms. Who should be called when this happens? Often valet helps clear the chaos, but its not their job. I do appreciate the parking garage there, it's secure, clean & free of homeless activity

I went into the parking garage after work to get my car, went into one of the elevators. The door said “public elevators” I did not need to scan anything to use the elevator. I selected floor 3 and it took me to 6, yet wouldn’t let me out. I pressed the “alert” button and attempted to use the emergency phone, but it was broken. I was trapped in the elevator. I had to call the police and have the fire department come get me. When they came I was told that I needed a scan card. You’re telling me that I don’t need a card to enter to elevator, but you’re going to trap me if I don’t have one? Completely unsafe and again none of their emergency phones are alarms worked. I’m just glad that I had to phone to get help.

It appears as a safe garage, only accessible with a parking pass at first. But be forewarned that once you pass the garage door you will arrive at the gated kiosk. The website advertised they accept cash however let me set tell you, as of 8/15/25, it does not! Even worse, the garage door closes behind, leaving you permanently stuck in purgatory between the kiosk and the garage door.
Be sure to have a valid credit card and keep your parking pass on your person at ALL TIMES.
