Don’t park here or even drive through the lot. I was in the loading zone behind 2020 Lawrence apartments moving out my friend and, was maybe 2 feet into the parking “zone.” I wasn’t in a parking spot and still got fined $72 for 20 minutes for “unauthorized” parking. LAZ parking outsources their ticketing to PRRS services. A company that uses AI to track your license plate through the lot. Pretty scummy corporation. Also there is a ton of glass and garbage in the lots, maybe use the money you are taking from innocent civilians to clean up your crappy lot. If you don’t believe this is true, take a look at most people’s reviews for this lot that will tell you what you need to know.

SCAM ALERT! AVOID ALL LAZ PARKING LOTS!
Went just under 1 hour over parking limit of the $5 daily rate. Then received a letter from PRRS collections to pay a $92 fine. Disputed that and received an email with a $20 "discount" on the fine making it $72. I found a Reddit post explaining how to fight this using a certified letter to requestdebt validation per the Federal debt collection act. Ultimately these scam artists aren't worth my time, headache and effort. If I had the time and inclination I would have sued. I hope someone will. I just know to never park at any lot that bears the name LAZ or anything else than a parking garage or on-street parking in Denver.

Who thinks of reading reviews of parking lots? I will now! My experience echoes those of other reviewers. LAZ makes it nearly impossible to add time. I tried via the text and email receipts and COULD NOT add additional time for the parking space. Thus, a $92 parking fine. The system is rigged to prevent payment and incur exorbitant fines. EDIT: The response from the owner says "thanks" and "glad we could resolve your issue." Let me say plainly, DON'T PARK HERE. THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED TO INCUR EXORBITANT FINES!
