  Once you step away from the lot, there's nowhere online you can extend your reservation. There's no link or anywhere on the receipt that lets you pay for additional time. Nor can you pay after you're done parking. So you're forced to overestimate how long you will stay.

  Parked here one night, received a bill through the mail stating I need to pay 92 dollars for going over 38 minutes.

  DO NOT PARK HERE! SCAM!! Lot has a self pay kiosk located in the NW corner at intersection of Larimer and 21st. Paid $26 at kiosk (which apparently is not legit). Received a bill for $80 in the mail stating that I had parked without paying! Upon disputing, was told that the “self pay kiosk” was not for that lot! SCAM! I’m wishing a lifetime of diarrhea on the jerk(s) who own that lot!

  DO NOT PARK HERE. Company sent a notice saying that I didn’t pay but I did. Trying to get $80 out of me. It’s a scam. Don’t park here and DO NOT pay the fine. I know I never will

  Signs post have unclear rules, companied issued an $80 ticket that has no legal bearing. This company also threatened to send this ticket to a debt collector. Company has a LONG history of predatorily scamming their customers out of money by sending illegitimate tickets demanding large payments. DO NOT PARK HERE
