Disputed it with my credit card charge history as evidence and they dismissed it but wait there's more. Fast forward 2 months and I get a letter from their attorney that it's in collections. What a scam... Got someone on the phone and they dismissed it for real this time. I was able to confirm on the website. Not deleting any of my evidence with these bafoons for a while.

I had a similar experience to other customers posting reviews: I paid $20 for 3 hr parking parking but then got a $92 ticket claiming my payment was not received. When I paid, the machine was broken and I couldn't get a receipt, but hopefully I had proof of payment with my credit card. I initially thought this was an unintentional error and I submitted a dispute to clarify this. The company has denied my claim and reduced the ticket to $72. I plan to take legal actions for this scam and, obviously, will never park here again. Hope others don't face this problem!
