- ARApril RFeb 5, 20261.0Apparently somehow 3 one-star reviews equals 1.2 stars here, but the truth is I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. I parked here late one evening and tried to pay using the QR code posted on-site. After multiple attempts over several minutes and trying three different credit cards, the payment website would not process my payment. A week later, I received a violation notice demanding $102 for 1 hour and 20 minutes of parking. I contacted both the parking lot owner (no response) and the collection company, and neither took responsibility for the website failure. Instead, I was told I still owed the highly inflated fine or I’d be sent to collections. If this lot allows a broken payment system and then threatens customers for nonpayment they couldn’t avoid, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. I will never park here again.
