  Still charging full price in spite of being reduced to a sand box on stilts by construction and making you walk down stairs on scaffolding. This a lawsuit in waiting.

  We were parked in this “secure and safe” parking lot when our truck and 4 other vehicles windows were broken during a smash and grab situation. We reported it to the police and they said there was a camera but it did NOT catch ANY of the event-why even bother having a camera! Seems like if this parking facility were safe and secure this would not have occurred. There were also at least 3 security guards hanging around when it happened but they didn’t see anything either! We’ve been parking here for years when we go to dinner or events in the area but now this has happened we do not feel safe or secure.

  Sounds like the owners don't give a flying fig about customer service given that every "response" to one star reviews uses identical wording, and instead of saying "we'll fix it" or "we'll compensate you for our screw ups and broken machines and missing staff", instead tell you to follow up with yet another email address. Not the way to gain any trust. As a result of reading reviews, I will not be parking there.

  My first trip to this garage; sign said to park on level III for Whole Foods - did that. Elevator: OUTOFSERVICE. Got ticket validated at Whole Foods - tried to exit facility and validation machine said "ticket invalid." Pressed "Help" on kiosk, and no one would answer. Still unable to exit with validated ticket, but now cars are piling up behind me... Anyhow, 35 minutes in the store, have proper validation and cannot exit without paying and with no help. Went ahead and paid with credit card, ($6.00) and thought maybe I could get a refund via website. No dice. No option. So, six bucks isn't a big deal, but the hassle of getting a validation sticker that doesn't work, elevator out of service with no warning on entering, all-in-all very frustrating, hence the rating. Follow up on review; LAZ Parking reached me and offered a refund and explanation for why the technology was not working. Will try again and see if kinks/bugs have been worked out. Thanks, -Tom

  Great location. Facility was clean, including the stairs and elevators. I wasn't able to get a receipt from the ticket machine. The attendant said he thought it was because of special event parking that day.
