I have been a loyal customer for over a year, trusting your team with the maintenance of my Jeep. However, after reviewing my invoices, I was shocked to discover that my vehicle was serviced using Conventional and Synthetic blend oil! Despite the fact that my Jeep requires Full Synthetic oil and I explicitly stated this. This is not a minor oversight. Using the wrong type of oil is negligent and unacceptable! Especially coming from Jiffy Lube, a company that should know exactly what oil specifications apply to each vehicle. What makes this even worse is that I paid premium price believing I was receiving the correct service. This error is a serious lack of care and accountability. I am beyond furious that my vehicle may have been compromised due to your negligence!

Pretty sure they leaked oil on it and now it's shot. They need to take responsibility and accountability for their actions own up and replace and fix our car. No stars from us, however, won't let me submit without one, figures.
