I’m not sure but I’ve never paid that much before at other places on Groupon. Also my oil life wasn’t restarted so it’s still reading 8% when it should be 100%. Probably will not be back to to a jiffy lube.

Contacted the manager, Joey 12/30/25 and was told he would get back to me after the new year. Contacted again 01/24/26 after no response. Finally said on 02/10/26 after no response again, that I would contact his boss if he wouldn't handle it. Finally, he talked with tech and was told when he took the drain plug out, the threads "pulled out", and blamed the previous place I got my oil changed. The tech stripped my oil pan, and said the threads "pulled out." I've done enough oil changes and worked on enough cars in my life to know that threads don't just "pull off." Anyway, long story short, If you want a tech that doesn't know how to screw a bolt on straight, and an unresponsive manager, then this is the place for you.

Fortunately, this Jiffy Lube discovered the error however during the confusion I almost drove away again with no air filter in my car. Check to make sure they do the work they say they’re going to do and you’ll be fine. The previous Jiffy Lube we forgot to put my air filter in the first place is located in Kansas City. I’m trying now to get a refund for the air filter. They never put in my car but charged me for.
