They check the oil but didn’t add any oil to reach capacity. I could go back a 3rd time but I’ll just buy a quart and add myself. Very disappointing. I paid $180+ for my oil change. They recommended a brake fluid flush I’m glad I didn’t get.

After rotating the tires, they forgot to give my wheel lock back. I had to go back after returning home to retrieve it. When they claimed I was all set and ready to drive off, my hood wasn't even closed all the way and they had left a shop rag on my engine. They seem scattered and rushed. Hard to trust that all the other details of the service were performed correctly and to completion. I left feeling doubtful instead of confident.
