When they put my car on the rack the metal tore a chunk out of my passenger side front tire. Causing me to buy all new tires as it is awd. I am never using jiffy lube again.

Team was super friendly, called out a couple other maintenance items to keep our eyes on without pressuring to fix immediately. Doc was great & made sure everything we came in for was taken care of. We were also able to use a coupon on the Jiffy Lube website for $27 off each oil change (until 3/25/26). Have brought other vehicles here previously without any issues, will continue to come back!
