Ran into him about 2000 ft from the shop inside of an auto parts store before going to your shop for an oil change and he let me know he was out of stock for my oil filter and I was able to buy the right one (with him in the auto parts store) He also helped me out with my key fob (needed a new battery) I couldn't get it open. He had all the right tricks to help me out completely before I even went to his store for the oil change!! Super cool guy 😎 !!! Thanks! You just got a customer for life!
- KWken wellsDec 16, 20251.0I called the local number for Jiffy Lube on Tower and got a recording. It stated oil change 89.99 so I drove over there. They took my truck right in an I gave my info to a young fellow and he tod me it would be 134.99 plus any additional items. I told him about the recording and he said it was wrong and he couldn't change it, stated I needed to call corporate. I have called Corporate 3 times and left messages and no one has returned my calls . I will never use Jiffy Lube again.
