He said $290 total, then charged my account $306. He also made a photo copy of my debit card and asked for my pin number which I refused to give him. Install should have taken 5 hours at the very most. It was not ready until 6 plus hours later. I was the only car they were working on. So I had to go back and pick it up today. Then he charged me another $170, which I told him to take out of the money he had already stolen from me. He is also very rude and pushy. He made it seem like it was my fault the car wasn't done on time and tried to rent me a car or charge me a delivery fee. What a crook, I don't know how he is still certified or on bussiness at all.
