  I went in for an oil change and ended up with a broken windshield. They told me to leave the car there and that they put cars in on a first-come, first-served basis; you have to turn off your car and leave the keys so they can bring the cars in order of arrival and do the oil change. It took about two hours, and in the end, after I paid and they told me to go, I started my car, and when I turned it on, the driver's side window didn't work. I went to the staff member who gave me the receipt, and immediately no one answered. The manager came out and said that the oil change had nothing to do with the window and that they weren't going to take responsibility. He told me to get an electrician for six in the evening when obviously no one is available right now unless you're an electrician. The manager told me that I damaged it, that I broke my window, because when I was talking to the person who helped me to find out what kind of oil my car needed, I obviously rolled down the window to talk to them. However, when I turned off my car, I left everything locked, window up, and the doors closed, and I left the keys inside. The man told me it was my fault for breaking the window. However, when I asked again who was going to be responsible, he said that all the guys drove my car. I told him to bring me the person who drove my car, because not everyone drove it to be able to take it in for maintenance, and he said they would have to check the security cameras, but they don't have time to do that. However, I saw one of the guys explaining with his hands how the window came down and that they were responsible for the damage to my window. I understand it's an electrical issue, but if they know what happened to the car while they have access to it, they should report it immediately and not wait until the end. I went there on the recommendation of several friends; however, one of them told me that she had gone for an oil change and they had damaged her car in the same way, so I don't recommend this place or this facility, as you'll probably end up with your car broken into and no one will take responsibility. They're just waiting for payment.

  Friendly customer service with a very quick turnaround from requesting until competing my service. The price was very reasonable for the job, and I will use their services for crunch time, anytime!

  This location is great - the guys always take wonderful care of my Rav 4 and are very respectful and easy to talk to. I have never had to wait more than 45 minutes for my oil to be changed, and they will make sure to apply coupons for you if they have any available. Highly recommend!
