He tells me can't and that he can not preform services on my car unless I get the premium per company policy. So I leave tell him Ill get services else where. Go Down The Street to another Grease Monkey the guy gives me the regular synthetic and gives me 10$ off my service. Will not be stoping by this grease monkey again. Update: I emailed grease monkey from below comment. I haven't heard anything back. No working with me or follow up. Horible customer service.
