  This place always treats me right I’ve gotten my last few oil changes from them and this time a lot of my scheduled maintenance. Is quick professional, and a great job! I wouldn’t review if I didn’t think so

  The crew at Grease Monkey were professional, swift and thorough when I visited to get my oil changed. They gave advice about other required maintenance services, but did not pressure me to pay for them.

  I highly recommend this Grease Monkey location. Charles, the shop manager, goes above and beyond to help customers, and his team of techs are all friendly and very professional. Back in October I came here for an oil change. At the time I was also hearing a weird screeching sound coming from my front tire so I asked Charles if he had any idea what it might be. He was able to identify the issue (rusted brake backing plate) and offered to install the part once I ordered a new one. I really appreciated him working beyond the original scope to help fix my car!

  This is the worst Greese Monkey I have ever been too. I’ve always liked Greese monkey till I tried a different location next to my house and learned my lesson the worst way, I usually used to go the Greese monkey on iliff, really great reliable guys unlike at this location, these guys will scam you and tell you that you need things that you don’t need at all. Watch out for this guy name Isaiah, I came in to fix my oil and he said that he knew about cars, I needed to get my intake manifold runner position sensor fixed, I had bought the part and all, and Isaiah told me he could fix it, but when I arrived to the store he didn’t have a clue on how to fix much less where the intake manifold runner was placed, then he says that I have a whole different problem that he “fixed” even though that wasn’t the issue I came there for. So yeah save your money and time and don’t come here, oh yeah and I forgot to mention, when this one time I got a an oil change from them and they left my bottom cover just hanging loose and not putting it back right. I didn’t even notice it till somebody pointed out that my thing was hanging down low, and when I took it back to Greese monkey, they gone try and tell me that my cover was damaged that one time. And sir if it was damaged why didn’t you tell that the first time? And it wasn’t broken cuz they closed it for me after I took it back to them, so if it was broken how did you manage to fix it without replacing it? Oh right It was never broken, Terrible customer service!Do Not come here, the Greese monkey in illif is very much reliable!
