Ja and Dan were absolutely fantastic to deal with! They very kindly managed to fit us in on short notice on a busy Saturday. They tested our existing battery and determined that the battery was good, and that the issue was due to loose connections. Despite spending a good amount of time troubleshooting and resolving the issue for us, they refused to charge us for their time, which we felt was beyond generous and gracious. Ja was very knowledgeable and delightful to engage with. We are grateful for the wonderful experience we had and highly recommend the team at Grease Monkey on University Blvd! Thank you.
