  We had an appointment but they took us in 30 minutes early. That was nice and the guys we dealt with were great. Thanks for a good experience.

  Ignored for 15 minutes at the counter then left. Had 9 am appt when they opened and four cars in front of me when I arrived. What's the point of making an appointment I was there at 855, again ignored at counter and left. Never been here thought I would try u guys. Won't be bqck

  Service was good customer service was good and I like the way how they come out and talk to you and stuff like that they wasn't rude they wasn't disrespectful and that's good

  Oil change went fine- I took my car in for the oil change because it was starting slow and the maintenance light was on. Gave me a paper saying they did the basic checks - nothing crazy, but in writing told me that they checked my battery and said it was good. Ended up stranded in a parking lot a couple days later because that battery was actually not good, and had to ask a gym employee to help jump my car to get me out of there. Maybe if they actually had checked the battery like they said they did, and like I paid a labor charge for, I wouldn't have been stuck on a random evening with a dead battery. Called to ask them about it and nothing happened, didn't connect me to a manager and I didn't get a call back like promised. So, if you need an oil change, fine. But don't expect good customer service, reasonable pricing, or anything above the bare minimum- even if they tell you otherwise.
