I will also mention that as a woman, it’s common to be spoken to condescendingly at mechanics, but there wasn’t the slightest hint of that here. I was given clear information and shown the problems with my car. Dave did a fantastic job explaining my car’s needs to me honestly and kindly, making eye contact and giving me the time of day. He went above and beyond, also giving me good recommendations of where to bring my car for services Grease Monkey doesn’t offer. I also witnessed Gabe going above and beyond for another customer. Another employee— didn’t catch his name butbhe had a mullet— made friendly conversation, saying that he liked my car (my crappy, old car). :) Other employees were helpful, kind and patient. They did what they could to patch up my hose until I could get it looked at later that day. And they gave me a few referrals, one of which was in walking distance for me and fit me in the same day. I’ll definitely use Grease Monkey in the future and I recommend them to anyone. They are professional, attentive and they do a good job!
