I heard dragging/scraping noises from my car and walked into the shop very last minute (5 minutes before they were supposed to close) — the front desk person and the mechanics were so helpful in checking out the bottom of my car and finding that my skid plate was broken and then fixing dragging pieces right away. Once I’m able to order my new parts, I’ll be coming to this location to get it installed!

The 2nd time we were going to say something but they were rude to my did not getting anything done. And will not be back. husband so we will spend our money

I was in the waiting room and he figured out what was going on. He was so patient and really calmed me down. That's why I love that place and now I'd go just to thank Kyle again. Employees like that are very rare these days and he should be recognized for his compassion and work ethic. You're the best Kyle! Thank you again!!

I just wanted to say this location has always been really solid for me. On my last visit they showed me my air filter and told me it really wasn’t that bad and didn’t need to be replaced. No pressure, no upsell, just info and letting me decide. That kind of honesty goes a long way. I’d definitely recommend giving this Grease Monkey location a shot.
