I called to ensure I could show up to get my oil changed without a reservation, to which they confirmed it's first come first serve. I got there and there was only one car, they took my name and info right away and in less than 3 minutes I was already sitting in the waiting room. It might have taken them 15-20 mins total and my car was done. Oil changed, everything checked and in order, no pushy upsells and the three employees who I interacted with all had an upbeat, positive attitude and were extremely attentive. I was pleasantly surprised because this type of costumer service nowadays is rare. I missed the other two gentlemen's name, but Carlos was one of the employees who helped me.
