As they wrapped up, they noticed that something was leaking. It turned out that one of the parts of my coolant system At degraded and tail with the new coolant. Instead of making me go to the dealership and buy a new part they sourced the parts themselves and replaced it with no extra cost.. Both Noah and Keith were super communicative and walked me through the entire process. They definitely did not have to do this and I appreciate them going the extra mile. I highly recommend this location, especially as I’ve never had anything but amazing service

Recently had an issue where there was a warped gasket on my oil pan plug. They drove to my house late one night, closer to Christmas, fixed the issue promptly and very politely! Very happy and satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!

- AAALLSTARDec 19, 20255.0Yesterday I drove to Grease Monkey in distress! Ironically the wind blew so hard the night before, that the spring on my door panel popped off. I couldn't close my door. I pulled into Grease Monkey and asked for help. The gentleman in the bay, told me to hand him my keys. They pulled my jeep in and 5 minutes later, they fixed my door! This was wayyyyy beyond customer service to me! They didn't even charge me a dime! I'm forever greatful for good people. I definitely will be going back! Thank you guys sooo much!
