- JSJazmine SetelinDec 17, 20252.0The main guy was kind to me. The receptionist was very short every time we spoke and seemed bored/annoyed. I got the call on Friday that it was ready for pick up. I told them I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Monday. I got there on Monday morning and they told me it was still not working and they needed to order an entire new part. They told me the reason was that they installed a faulty part. They told me they should have it ready by end of day. Towards the end of the day I called and it would not be ready until Tuesday. I finally picked it up today and it’s working fine. However there are big grease stains all over my passenger seat and a button missing from my center console. Overall I don’t have experience with the company as a whole but I would strongly not recommend this location.

I don't understand why they put people in charge of serving the public if they don't know their manners.

Son profesionales y los recomiendo a la comunidad Latina. Ya que no se encuentra un lugar con este servicio tan facil. The customer service here is top notch, unfortunately I've had a couple of collisions and other locations were not as attentive or concerned with me as Steve and his team were. I appreciate them very much.
