After sustaining some damage from the recent windstorms in the Denver Metro area, my insurance company recommended this location. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first since I already had an auto body shop I usually go to. However, I decided it was time to give a shop closer to home a chance and went ahead with an estimate here. Even though this shop was initially my second choice, I ultimately decided to move forward with the repairs for several reasons: - Outstanding customer service. From my initial call to schedule an estimate, to working with Linda on writing the estimate, to the front desk staff helping schedule repairs and coordinating my rental car; everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. - Attention to detail. Linda took the time to thoroughly review my preliminary estimate, clearly explaining what work would be done and what all the codes on the paperwork meant. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was throughout the process. By the time Linda finished explaining everything, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and felt confident moving forward with the repairs. I’m glad I gave this location a chance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles.

I have never had to deal with this kind of thing before and I was overwhelmed. The sweet nice lady at the front desk (sorry bad with names) was so very helpful she talked me through the process and answered all my questions and kept my mind at ease. Even when I watched her get yelled at by another customer she was very calm and professional. My estimator Joe was also great he kept me well informed frequently with updates and where things were at during repairs and he was so very nice. He would even apologize for delays that were out of his hands. He got my truck back to us way sooner than expected which was great! 100% recommend!!
