Great overall customer service, had Sophie when I came in off the plane a few days ago and she made the rental process quick and easy.
Service here moves super fast too, was ton of people but only took probably ~20 to 30 mins from off the bus to turning on my rental car and getting into a great SUV for ~240 bucks for 4 days. Great car, no problems and fair inspection that was quick and easy upon drop off.
Would come to enterprise here again. Only negative was when we landed to DEN, the wait for the Enterprise bus took 30+ minutes and every other company had numerous buses during that timespan. Thankfully the enterprise buses though were there waiting already when we did our drop off.

recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Denver, and I can confidently say this was one of the best rental car experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and truly customer-focused.
The branch manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was clear in every interaction — friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to see that level of care and ownership today, and it made a huge difference.
The vehicle itself was spotless, well-maintained, and ran flawlessly throughout my trip. You can tell this location takes pride in the quality and reliability of their fleet, which gave me total confidence while traveling in and around Denver.
Outstanding service, exceptional leadership, and top-tier vehicle quality. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone visiting Denver — they truly set the standard for what a rental car experience should be. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I landed in DEN last night for work, kicking off a series of long trips away from home to do a job that belongs to someone else. I began my trip by involuntarily getting a whole prostate exam by the goofballs at TSA before boarding a max capacity flight which with an entire daycare on board. By the time I walked into Enterprise I’d been up for 24 hours and had only eaten a bag of pretzels.
Zack made the Enterprise stop the first good part of the trip. I believe bro sensed the day I had and worked swiftly to get this tired guy on the road and to my place of rest, but not before making sure I was squared away. Zack took the time to sift through available cars in my class based on what I needed to do for this trip, introduced me to all the controls/features - having never been to Colorado before, he even ran through a couple of things I wouldn’t have been aware of (road conditions, what to do, laws, toll lanes, etc) and wouldn’t have thought to ask.
I’ve been to a lot of great Enterprises but never welcomed and taken care of the way I was here. Zack was above and beyond and reflected well of the leadership here - generally, everyone looks like they enjoy their job. Thank you again!
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise. I was given a 15 passenger van at the Denver airport. Upon leaving and driving 2 1/2 hours to my destination resort, the problems started. It was a super rough ride, felt like the shocks were blown, I had a 3 month old in the van, multiple areas falling apart, pictures attached.
I placed at least 15 phone calls to customer support, roadside assistance, and the multiple Enterprise locations along the way trying to find a replacement. I was told that they (the airport location) would deliver me a new one (once they called me back), or I could visit another one and do an exchange. None on the way had a 15 passenger van. I was told I'd get a call back, after 2 days of calling, I gave up, I could've cared less if this van broke down on the side of the road I was leaving it there!
Finally, on Friday, 4 days after my rental started, I received a phone call from the Denver location, a manager, trying to get me a new one, I told her thanks but no thanks, I've suffered this long, please give me compensation. I was assured I would've receive 'something', and be well taken care of.
Dropped off the vehicle on Sunday, and so far no phone call, no email, no compensation.
Take care Enterprise, $1600 for a 6 day rental is far too much with the condition of the van that was given to me, not to mention the lack of communication from start to finish. The true testament will be if someone finally reaches out to me now.

I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend them to anyone. The Area Manager, Purley, couldn’t make it any better by giving less than half of a refund.
I booked for a sports car. When I got there, Mike helped me out, but didn’t realize the booking was for an “Exotic” so it required an $850 deposit. I would have done it, but couldn’t justify it for a 1 day trip to probably get the deposit back a week later. They told me I would get their “nicest luxury sedan”, but it was going to be $50 more. The total for 1.5 days was $700.
I go outside to get the car, and they gave me a 911, which is what I originally booked for, since that is my daily driver. They stop me as I’m exiting the facility, saying they have to swap me cars, and they pull up an X1 that is absolutely disgusting on the inside. I was making the drive to my appointment and realized actually how gross it was, and called them to ask if I could trade out my vehicle in Thornton. The lady told me that wouldn’t be a problem, except for when I got there, they didn’t have a vehicle to put me in for the amount I paid for. I called again, and they tried to locate me a vehicle, and couldn’t find anything except for DIA, and I was staying in Lafayette. I was told that I would be receiving a FULL refund, by two different people I spoke too out of the multiple people I spoke too. That is not what happened.
I wanted my last trip to CO after 2.5 years of living there to end with closure. This was just another situation that solidified for me that CO is genuinely a place where nothing seems to go right. As someone who has been in the car business for a while, this experience was by far one of the worst.
