Every representative we had interaction with was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. 5 star just simply for the customer service! The jeep was a little less than desirable. It was definitely in need of some repair work which we let them know. Unfortunately on the way to return the jeep we heard a loud “pop” while sitting at a red light. Crack in the center of the window. The crack continued over to the passenger side a good foot! Thankfully we purchased the insurance through enterprise versus using our own which covered the window crack! Shout out to the shuttle drivers who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the airport safely!

Fast and efficient service. I took a minute to fill out the online check in deal prior to my flight. When I got to Denver airport, I showed them my paper and was directed to a row of shiny new trucks. No farting about, no passwords or form filling. No haggling over extra insurance. The keys were on the dash. We loaded our stuff and left. Upon return, it was straight in, pull up. The man scanned a barcode on the dash board. No IDs required. A quick walk around and I was on the bus to the terminal. The trick is to use a Chase Sapphire, Visa CC. There is an annual fee but they cover the excess insurance on car rentals. So it pays for itself in one trip. Truck was a 2026 Dodge Ram. There was only one Ford and I offered to wrassle the other guy who got his mitts on it first. But my wife slapped me. So not my first choice but it is a sweet ride. Very quiet, plenty of giddy-up to climb the Rockies, and easy on gas. The dashboard has a screen like an I-Max which is a bit overwhelming and distracting, but I'm an ole fart so that's irrelevant. My Black Sheep was the perfect truck for skiing. I hauled everything and five people. It had a 4-WD feature which was a major selling point. I had looked at Turo but Enterprise was price competitive and a lot less arseing about. Will definitely use Enterprise again.

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Denver International Airport was excellent from start to finish. I completed online check-in ahead of time, which made picking up my car quick and seamless. The associate who assisted me was incredibly kind and helped me choose a vehicle that easily fit both my skis and luggage. She even helped load everything into the car, which I truly appreciated. Navigating in and out of the lot was simple, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. When returning the car, the team went above and beyond by helping me get my skis onto the shuttle back to the airport—something they certainly didn’t have to do. I was consistently greeted with friendly smiles and genuine hospitality, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I was forced into putting my son-in-law’s car rental on my own card due to Enterprise not communicating with him that the rental would include a $400 deposit. He booked the rental on the phone, and told the agent he would be picking the car up at the Denver airport location. The estimate he received was about $950. He has a $1000 limit on his credit card, so he paid off everything on that card so that he could put the rental on it. When showing up at the location, he was told that he needed to cover an extra $400 deposit that was not reflected on the estimate, and was not verbally expressed to him by the agent on the phone. Because of his credit limit, he couldn’t put the new full amount on the card anymore, and the agent at the location would not allow him to split it across another card (why not???). Fortunately, I was there, and was able to provide my own credit card for the transaction, which meant the rental needed to be put in my name (for some reason that I do not understand). So, in order for him to drive the car, we now need to pay an extra $15 per day. I asked the location agent if he could waive the fee under the circumstances, that were no fault of ours. He declined that request, so I asked to speak with a manager. She came to the counter, spoke briefly and quietly with the agent, then started walking away. She never even acknowledged our presence. When the agent told us that she said “no,” I had to shout to get the manager’s attention as she was walking briskly away, and she did come back. I explained the circumstances, and that my son-in-law had been given a total that did not include the $400 deposit, and she told us it was in the fine print. We have not found that information in the fine print, by the way. All we could find was a $400 deposit for high-end vehicles, which was not what he booked. So not only did my son-in-law have the embarrassment of having to ask me to help, but this caused a delay in their departure and got charged an extra $120! He did everything right, yet got put in a stressful and embarrassing situation by Enterprise. I’m shocked that their managers are so poorly trained as to not even acknowledge a customer when trying to reconcile a dispute. A kind attitude and the ability to waive a small fee like that would have gone a long way to neutralizing the situation. She just made it worse. I don't blame the employees, I blame Enterprise. Unless they make this right, I'll never use them again.

If I could give no stars I would. Booked a full size suv in advance only to get to the airport at 9:45 AM to no one at the service counter and a phone number to call. Call the number and the guy says they are waiting on the suv to be returned. I say ok, no phone call back or anything. Fast forward to noon- I call three times and no one answers. Finally he said oh the person who we were waiting on never returned the vehicle. They said they would figure it out and call me back. No phone call back. I call again, and told we’re going to drive to Wyoming and get an SUV… no one returns my calls. It’s now 2:45, six hours in this airport and no vehicle and not one return phone call. Even after the call to the call center in St. Louis where the issue was escalated … so is enterprise going to reimburse me for the tubing we missed and my time… oh and am I going to get a vehicle at any time???? Update: they gave us two cars since there was no suv and told us they would be fine even though we told them we’re headed to Breckenridge and staying there … they don’t have all wheel drive or four wheel drive.. the tag on one is actually expired, and needs an oil change per the indicator oh and the brakes make a grinding sound when I hit them. So illegal and not safe … still waiting on a call from the branch.
