  This review is long overdue! We traveled to Denver from SC for a visit. We rented a car from here everything was soo smooth and the staff was so friendly. Every new person we encountered asked how were we treated. But major s/o to Sam. He helped us soo much and gave us some great recommendations. He wrote us a list and we visited majority of the places. He treated us so nice he was a great start to our trip!

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Online check in made getting to a car a breeze. To get out I followed the exit signs that snaked up and down the rows of vehicles; I'm not sure if that's the best layout for getting out of the lot. Drop off was similarly easy. The bus ride to and from the airport was easy enough and less than ten minutes. There was a nail in the sidewall of my rental vehicle's tire that was not noted before I left the lot. By pure luck I happened to catch it on my walk through video before taking the car; I'm sure had I not the nail they missed on their inspection would have become my problem.

  When I made the reservation the cost was quoted at $291.09. I added $45.00 for an additional driver and and $60.31 for the fuel option which wound up being very high since we only used 6 gallons of gas. Saying that the gas cost was $2.75 per gallon did not come out to $60.31. That added amount plus all the extra charges amount to well over $100.00. It would have been helpful to know when I made the reservation what all the additional charges were going to be. That said, the service was great.

  There were maybe around four young-adult males working the night my daughter and I flew into Denver for our weekend trip. They treated us great and were friendly and helpful. The one we primarily worked with was personable and wanted to make sure we got into a great vehicle for the weekend, despite having low inventory. He also pulled up directions to the city I was heading to that would allow me to avoid paying tolls, which I greatly appreciated. Returning the truck was another excellent experience with great customer service and smooth. The Enterprise shuttle drivers were also great, especially the female the night we arrived. She gave us very clear directions on how to leave the airport safely and efficiently. I would use this Enterprise again in the future.

  I recently rented a luxury SUV, a Range Rover, from Enterprise at Denver Airport, and overall, it was a great experience. The car itself was fantastic and well-maintained. However, there was a strong, unpleasant odor inside, possibly from pets, which caused some allergies for me. Despite that, the customer service was excellent. Sam, the agent who helped me, was very friendly and helpful. One area for improvement would be enhancing the knowledge of the staff about the vehicle features. It would be great if they could provide more detailed information during the handover. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in that area.
